Wellorithm review

An injection program with useful inclusion details, but conflicting prices.

The short version

Get one written price and renewal schedule before starting; the product page currently gives two different answers.

Reasons to consider it

  • Visit, medication and shipping advertised together
  • Vial quantity and home kit specified

Worth a closer look

  • Conflicting product-page prices
  • Sermorelin renewal interval needs confirmation

Resolve the two prices first

Wellorithm’s sermorelin page advertises $150 for the first month and $200 per month afterward. However, its pricing tab contains a different first-month and renewal pair: $119 and $186. These are materially different offers, and the page does not explain which one applies to a particular prescription.

We would not budget from the lower pair or treat the higher pair as a settled quote. Ask for the first invoice, ongoing charge, prescribed supply and any conditions on the introductory discount in writing. The commitment planner can compare the confirmed total with another provider’s offer.

What comes with the injection

The product description specifies a 5 mL vial containing 10 mg in total, with a home kit included. It also advertises free expedited shipping. Its FAQ says plans include the medical visit, prescription medication and shipping, subject to the clinician deciding treatment is appropriate.

A vial specification helps explain what is being sold, but it does not tell you your personal dose or how long a shipment will last. Request the prescription instructions, storage requirements and usable period after opening. Confirm which supplies arrive in the kit so you do not discover a missing item when the shipment arrives.

Check the billing calendar

The public terms describe every-28-day billing and non-refundable processed payments in a section about the weight-loss program. That is not enough to establish the sermorelin schedule. A monthly product headline and a four-week renewal are different commitments.

Ask specifically whether this prescription renews by calendar month, every 28 days or on another schedule. Request the cancellation deadline and method before the next payment processes. The weight-loss guarantee in the same terms should not be read as a promise covering sermorelin; get any product-specific refund conditions separately.

Clinical access needs a clear handoff

Wellorithm advertises online care, continuing consultations and support. That may be convenient for someone who wants to avoid arranging separate appointments, but billing support and a clinician who can reassess a prescription serve different purposes.

Use our consultation questions to clarify who handles symptoms, how to reach that person and when a scheduled follow-up is available. Ask for the dispensing pharmacy’s identity and a pharmacy contact for labeling or shipment questions. Also confirm that the proposed service and formulation are available in your state.

Our assessment

The useful details here are the stated vial contents and the inclusion of the visit, medication and delivery. The main weakness is that the price information does not agree with itself. A clear written offer would make this service considerably easier to compare.

Consider Wellorithm if an online injection program fits your preferences and the team resolves those questions before payment. Keep the clinical decision separate from the introductory saving. Ask the prescriber what would count as a meaningful benefit in your situation, what will be monitored and when continuing treatment would be reconsidered.

What to ask before committing

Use the cost worksheet to compare the full amount due today, renewal terms, and any required consultation, laboratory, medication, supply or shipping fees. Check availability where you live and how you can reach support after signing up.

For prescription care, ask who will evaluate you and which pharmacy would dispense your medication. A provider comparison cannot determine whether a treatment is appropriate for you.
